Our journal has signed the "CAJ-N Network First Academic Journal Cooperative Publishing Agreement" with the Electronic Journal Publishing House Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Publishing House), and officially publishes the online version of our journal through the "China Academic Journal (Network Edition)" (CAJ-N).

       Since October 10, 2017, all manuscripts (accepted final drafts) that have been reviewed and accepted by our journal will be first published on the online version of our journal. Then, the typeset and whole issue compilation final drafts will be published based on the typesetting schedule, and finally, they will be published in the print version of our journal. In view of the digital publishing transformation of our journal, a special statement on the network first publication of accepted final drafts is hereby issued.

       After the network first publication of the accepted final drafts, the paper title, authorship, author's affiliation, and academic content shall not be modified in the subsequent typeset and whole issue compilation final drafts of the online version and the print version. Only minor textual modifications in accordance with editorial standards are permitted. The accepted final drafts are assigned a DOI number.

       The Electronic Publishing House will provide a range of free services to the paper authors on a per-article basis. For specific details, please refer to the 5th and 6th editions of the "China News Publishing and Broadcasting Daily" published on October 16, 2017, and the journal author service column on the homepage of CNKI.

      我刊已与《中国学术期刊（光盘版）》电子杂志社有限公司（简称电子杂志社）签署《CAJ-N网络首发学术期刊合作出版协议》，通过《中国学术期刊（网络版）》（CAJ-N）正式出版我刊网络版。

      从2017年10月10日起，凡经我刊审定录用的稿件（录用定稿）均将首先在我刊网络版上首发，后视编排情况发布排版定稿和整期汇编定稿，最后由我刊印刷版出版。针对我刊数字出版转型情况，特发布录用定稿网络首发声明。

      录用定稿网络首发后，在后续的排版定稿、整期汇编定稿网络版和印刷版中，不得修改论文题目、作者署名、作者单位以及其学术内容，只可基于编辑规范进行少量文字的修改。录用定稿配备DOI号。

      电子杂志社将以篇为单位，向论文作者提供多项免费服务，具体情况详见2017年10月16日出版的《中国新闻出版广电报》第5、6版与中国知网首页的期刊作者服务栏目。
